我注意到有些表情符号有时会出现在主题标题中，有时则不会。

我经常使用 Windows 的原生表情符号选择器，而不是其他软件内置的解决方案，所以我的猜测是问题出在那里。我截图中的第一个标题是我的主题，我猜它使用了 Unicode 的表情符号字符。

编辑：嗯，这与主题无关，而且这也不是仅限于年度回顾插件的问题。
