Integration Zendesk/Discourse

Hi everyone,
We are thinking of setting up a community platform and already have a help center via zendesk + support via zendesk. Wondering if any of you have already integrated discourse with zendesk to:
1- have discourse community conversations appear in search results on the help center
2- trigger tickets if a conversation requires support team attention

I’m not sure about posts appearing as search results but there is a plugin

It will help you with creating tickets through discourse topics.

Hey Jonathan did you figure out a way to do #1? We are also looking into doing that now
