There will still be plenty of custom, unique behaviors specific to a particular site or business. 10 parent of a large number is still a fairly large number.
Discourse 1.0!
You see, this is what happens while I was frozen away in carbonite.
I am very proud of @codinghorror, @sam, @eviltrout, @neil, @zogstrip, @riking, @awesomerobot and @techAPJ (and lots of others that I can’t remember).
You guys did a ‘spectacular job’ under ‘extreme pressure’ ramping from May to Today…
BUT something tells me that you guys are just getting warmed up. Certainly all eyes are on the winning team and clearly you guys can execute on the most intense codebase I have ever laid eyes on.
With this technology, I am more than confident that peeling market share from the design/1999 forums will be simple enough (pssst…Its happening now).
finally! just upgraded to discourse 1.0!
Where can I see log of changes? Is there any new features?
The releases category will have release notes for all versions after v1.0. You can see the changelog for the forthcoming v1.1 there now.
