What I would suggest, the ability to move groups up, next to users, it should not be hidden as it is an essential component, new arrival struggle to navigate to group as well as to log out

Currently, it’s not possible, but we’re working toward a more customizable sidebar from an admin-level.

as an alternative, you can use CSS to hide it then add a link to the Groups page in a custom links section for all users.
