I don’t believe they charge for DNS zones, I don’t see any mention of it on their pricing page.

I changed Godaddy settings back and change nameserver info there to DO again.
Updated the IP address in DO to Poyrazhosting’s IP instead of DO’s IP and waiting for the info to update now.
Forum started working very fast in a couple of minutes time.

I’ve added www.craftbeertr.com to DO forwarding and that works as well.

I’m not surprised it recovered quickly; the TLD zones update relatively fast nowadays and servers wouldn’t have cached any responses for your domain.

There’s no immediate reason to change, but in the future if need be you can always change where your nameservers are located, you will just want to make sure that the new location has all of your records in place first.
