I’ve got a website with content about a bunch of topics spread out everywhere.
There’s (posts containing videos, with the tag “videos”) in multiple categories
I wish to create a new category, called “Videos” for example, with good reason. I want people navigationally , to be able to click on this “Videos” category, to be taken to a page with all the videos.
What I would like AT THE LEAST, is for this Category to include the list of all of the posts that are in the “Videos” tag page tag/videos
So , maybe this new “Videos” Category may have zero posts, it will in the list of posts include all the posts in the “Videos” tag/videos list . Not as a duplicate, but just shows up in the list.
That’s the very least desire that will still suffice, is for me to essentially be able to include a link to a tag page – But to look like a Category.
The second,
Is to have a functioning category , and to cross reference posts that include other tags. Not as duplicates, but included in the list.
So clicking this Videos category, includes posts in that catogory, but also includes all posts that include a certain tag, “videos” being the one for my case.
Does such a thing exist? Someone recommended I try the permalinks options, and try to set a permalink up for the /c/category to link to /tag/videos – but that didn’t work
