AI-generated summary
Translate some Entries discussion revolves around translating specific entries in a Discourse forum. dasbillgh inquires about translating certain entries and asks if there’s a file to edit or if CSS hacks can be used. dax suggests customizing text via a link to a meta discourse topic, but warns that translations may be lost upon forum updates. sam advises submitting translations via Transifex, the recommended method. dasbillgh explains that some translations on Transifex are unreviewed and that the Text Content customization option doesn’t work for his language (German). gerhard advises waiting a few days for Transifex translations to be integrated into Discourse.
Take a look here:
but when you update the forum it is possible you lost the translation.
Correct way to deal with this is to submit translations via transifex, there should be a topic on it.
Thanks for your answer.
On transifex the translation for some entries is still unreviewed.
I try to customize the text over Admin > Customize > Text Content but
when i search for Top Replies there is no result for my language (german) because i think that the
function is not available currently.
Is there a way to edit the file directly or any other idea?
You’ll have to wait a few days until the translations on Transifex get integrated in Discourse.
