I notice that some emojis sometimes appear in topics’ titles, and sometimes don’t.

I often use Windows’s native emoji selector instead of other software built-in solutions, so my guess is that the issues come from that. The first title in my screenshot is my topic and I suppose it uses the unicode’s emoji character.
